Rucha pharma has enhanced its spiral jet mill series. The new super jet mills have been further developed with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis helping us to improve the internal geometry of the grinding chambers. The nozzles through which the gas enters into the grinding chamber have been completely integrated in the central ring.

Our engineering solution include the design and manufacturing of both spiral and apposed jet mills, twin screw powder feeder. We offer standard or fully customized equipment accordingly to customers requirement.each equipment is installed in our factory test department and improved accordingly to the feedback of our operators.

TWIN SCREW FEEDER

Twin screw feeders can be used for free flowing powders and fine granulates but they are ideal for feeding difficult materials such as pigments, sticky, bridging or flooding powders, fiber and fiberglass.
